Copied: saved replies and clipboard history inside your iPhone keyboard
Copied is an iOS app for people who answer the same messages every day. You save
reusable text as Keys, organize them into folders and pages, and paste them from
the Copied custom keyboard inside WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, SMS, Instagram,
email, or any other app that accepts text. Instead of switching to Notes and back,
your saved replies and clipboard items are available exactly where you type.
What you can do with Copied
- Save pricing, availability, addresses, onboarding steps and FAQ answers as Keys, and paste them with one tap.
- Insert saved text from the Copied keyboard without leaving the app you are messaging in.
- Personalize a Key as you paste it with clipboard, date and time, and cursor position variables.
- Organize Keys into colour-coded folders and pages so the right reply is one tap away.
- Reuse clipboard items that Copied saved while a Copied process was active, or that you sent to Copied through the Share Extension. iOS does not allow continuous background clipboard capture, so Copied does not claim to record everything you copy automatically.
- Back up Keys and folders to your own iCloud account, or keep them locally and export and import them yourself.
Who it is for
Small and medium business owners, sales reps and founders answering leads,
customer support agents handling repetitive questions, freelancers reusing scope
and payment messages, and operations teams in delivery, real estate, and field
services that resend addresses, instructions, and schedules every day.
Pricing
Copied is free to start with up to 4 Keys, and a local 7-day trial of the full
version is available. A $39.99 lifetime option is available, and subscription
options are also available. All purchases are handled by Apple in the App Store.
Copied is published by Sharply Labs for iPhone and iPad on the
App Store.
Privacy and iOS limits
Copied's own analytics events do not include your Key text, your folder names, or
your clipboard content. The app and this website do use third-party analytics and
attribution services, and the App Store privacy disclosures for Copied include
tracking and usage data. iOS shows the system keyboard instead of any third-party
keyboard in secure fields such as password inputs, and individual apps are allowed
to disallow third-party keyboards entirely.
